These are three images that I am currently juggling as my
Windows' Wallpaper. Now before anyone out there begins to bitch about the enormous size of these
files and thinks they will do me some kind of favor by teaching me the ins and outs of image compression
and such, don't. You'd be preaching to the PREACHER!
I hate Active Desktop, but you can only use JPEGs with Active
Desktop turned on. JPEG quality is also so-so. BMPs, on the other hand, retain high quality when done
right. The drawback is that the files are huge. Since I have more then enough disk space, I don't care.
Then again, YOU may. Some of these BMPs are 5.5megs (2.6meg zipped). I offer a choice, though. Set
these large images to 'Stretch' in order to reduce them and keep their resolution quality.
